To me, the best image quality has to be png-24, the colors look accurate and the overall image looks crisp. The best file size would have to go to the jpg low, at only 13KB. Overall, I think that the best balance in file size and image quality would be the jpg high. It is only 34 KB which isn't that big at all, and it looks decent considering its size.
